Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of the Floorline app (“the Service”) provided by ULTRA SMOOTH STUDIO SRL (“we”, “us”). By installing Floorline on a Shopify store you agree to them on behalf of the merchant that owns the store.

The Service

Floorline lets merchants create volume-tier and bundle discounts in Shopify and checks every offer against the merchant's product costs so that discounts do not go below a minimum margin the merchant sets. Discounts are created as Shopify automatic discounts and applied by Shopify at checkout.

Your responsibilities

  • The margin guard depends on the “cost per item” values in your Shopify products. Keeping those values accurate is your responsibility. If a cost is missing or wrong, the guard cannot protect that variant correctly.
  • Floors are recalculated when an offer is saved. After changing costs, re-save affected offers.
  • You are responsible for the legality of the promotions you run, including consumer-pricing rules in your jurisdiction.
  • You must comply with Shopify's terms and policies while using the Service.

Fees

Plans and prices are shown on the Floorline listing in the Shopify App Store and billed through Shopify Billing to your Shopify account. Uninstalling the app ends the subscription at the end of the current billing period. We may change prices with notice given inside the app or by email.

Availability and support

We aim to keep Floorline available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Discounts already created continue to work inside Shopify even if the Floorline admin is temporarily unavailable. Support is provided by email at office@albustudio.com.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost sales, or indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service, including discounts that were applied based on inaccurate cost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the three months before the claim arose.

Termination

You may stop using Floorline at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or misuse of the Service, with notice where practical. On uninstall, data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Disputes are subject to the courts of Romania, without prejudice to mandatory consumer or merchant protections that apply where you are based.
